Supporting our NHS Workers
The NHS are always there for us – they are the frontline in our battle against COVID-19, and we want to do what we can to support their efforts.
Over the last few weeks, NHS workers have been getting in touch with us, asking if there’s any way we can make getting a bike a bit easier, so they can get themselves to and from work.
Where we can, we’ve helped, and today we’re able to extend that offer to all NHS staff.

How to claim your discount
Simple. If you’re an NHS worker, all you have to do is contact our Haibike customer support team - this can be done via the website or Facebook Messenger – details and links are listed below.
Then, all you’ll need to do is supply your personal details and an image of your NHS pass. Once we have all this you will be supplied your specific code which you can then use online.
We are all immensely proud of our NHS in these unprecedented times, which is why we want to offer all our NHS Heroes this token of support. Whether it be avoiding public transport on the commute or just to enjoy the outside during the 1 piece of exercise a day.
